Questions before you start
Why is this not free forever like digital business card apps?
Free forever cards are table stakes for cards. A 30-day trial that shows embeds, hours, and multi-QR attribution proves a different product — a scannable business presence with placement proof, not a contact dump.
Do you charge per seat like other card apps?
We meter profiles, storage, analytics, and routing — not per-seat races common in card apps. Pick the plan that matches how many live profiles and how much depth you need.
Can I connect Zapier, Make, my CRM, or custom tools?
Today you can deep-link out from your profile. Coming soon: a signed webhook so interaction events POST to any HTTPS URL you control that can accept a webhook — your automation hub, spreadsheet, CRM intake, chat ops, custom API, serverless function, or anything else that already speaks webhooks. Examples people often connect: Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets, HubSpot forms intake — those are examples, not a limit. One adapter, your ecosystem. Until it ships, contact us for early-access notes.
How does attribution depth compare to multi-profile packaging?
Two different questions: placement attribution shows which physical surface drove scans; multi-profile packaging is how many live profiles your plan includes. Card apps often charge per seat; QR platforms often charge per code. We package profile depth, storage, analytics, and routing — so you can prove placements without buying vanity seat counts.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Add a card, pay nothing today, and use every feature of your plan for 30 days. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you are never charged.
What happens after 30 days?
Your subscription starts and your card is charged for the plan you chose — monthly or annual. Every receipt includes the cancel link.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — switch anytime from the customer portal; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
How do I cancel, and are there refunds?
Cancel in one click from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your profiles stay live until the paid period ends.
Which payment methods work?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, with the cards and local payment methods Stripe supports in your country.
Are custom domains included in my plan?
No. Custom domains are not included in Monthly, Annual, or Enterprise subscriptions. On Annual they are available as a billed add-on; on Enterprise they are custom quoted work arranged with sales. Every profile already includes a gotosignal URL and tracked QR code.
